It's these high yield safe investments that my clients really love. When the vested time has expired on one of these and we cash out the property to return the principle along with the final interest payment to "my clients the investor", usually they don't want the money back in their low interest bearing account - they want me to keep using it so their higher returns that they get from our good safe investments will continue. Of course we're obliged to continue paying them well for the use of their money because it's a whole lot easier and safer for us to use private money lenders than going to a bank for the money.
